Food Works
The Siskiyou County Economic Development Council is home to an 18,000 sq ft. business
incubator and innovation center, a portion of which is an FDA Certified Shared Use
Commercial Kitchen. The Food Works program offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to reach
their dreams. We offer technical assistance to help food producers learn what it takes to safely
process and produce food products for the commercial marketplace.
Local Products manufactured in the Food Works facility are available at local grocery stores and
available for order. Look for our catalog of products coming soon!
